Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable privacy regulations, we provide you with the ability to delete your data from our application. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal information and connected social media account data.

What Data We Store

When you use Neoomni, we store the following data:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and encrypted password
• Social Account Tokens: Encrypted access tokens for Facebook and Instagram (AES-256-GCM encrypted)
• Page and Profile Data: Page names, IDs, avatars, usernames, and fan counts
• Content Data: Cached posts, comments, and messages from connected Pages (stored temporarily for display purposes)

Method 1: Delete via Application (Recommended)

If you are logged into your Neoomni account, you can delete all your data directly:

Method 2: Delete via Facebook App Settings

You can also revoke access and request data deletion through Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy
2. Click on "Apps and Websites"
3. Find "Neoomni" in your connected apps
4. Click "Remove" to revoke access
5. Check the box to request deletion of your data

Facebook will automatically call our Data Deletion Callback to notify us, and we will process your deletion request.

Method 3: Contact Us

If you are unable to use the above methods, you can request data deletion by contacting us through the Facebook developer contact information associated with this application. Please include your registered email address so we can identify your account.

What Gets Deleted

When your data deletion request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your user account (email, name, password hash)
• All connected Facebook and Instagram account records
• Encrypted access tokens
• Any cached content data

Data Deletion Confirmation

Once your data deletion request is processed, you will receive confirmation on this page. If you requested deletion via Facebook's App Settings, Facebook will notify us, and we will process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
