Neoomni is a social media management application that allows users to:

• Connect and manage multiple Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts
• Create, edit, and delete social media posts
• Read and respond to comments and messages
• View analytics and insights for connected Pages
• Manage Page settings and webhook subscriptions

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Neoomni, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards
• Not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application

4. Meta Platform Compliance

This application complies with Meta's Platform Policies and is subject to the following:

• We only request permissions necessary for the functionality described
• We do not sell user data to third parties
• We respect user privacy choices and provide clear data deletion options
• We use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We maintain appropriate security measures to protect user data

5. Facebook and Instagram Data Access

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to Neoomni, you grant us permission to:

• Access your public profile information
• Read and manage your Page posts and content
• Read and respond to comments on your Page
• Read and send messages from your Page inbox
• Access Page insights and analytics
• Manage Page settings and webhooks

You can revoke these permissions at any time by disconnecting your account in the Application settings or through Facebook's App Settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neoomni and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Neoomni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Application. The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. You may delete your account data at any time through the Application.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
